The Administration for Community Living (ACL) awarded Hawaii with a grant to plan for how it would develop and implement the ADRC Network in Hawaii. The resulting three year plan includes:

• The approved mission and vision for the ADRC Network; 
• An assessment of the current long term services and supports (LTSS) delivery system
• A description of the governance structure of the ADRC Network;
• The goals and strategies for Network; and
• A detailed work plan for building the ADRC Network
