Cross-Door Information Sharing Meeting Materials Page

Occurring bi-monthly on the second Tuesday of the month, the cross-Door information sharing meetings are an opportunity for the Doors to present information on their services and access processes and allow for questions and discussions across the Doors and other meeting attendees. Below are the materials and, when possible, meeting recordings from the Information Sharing Meetings.

Meredith Catalini from the Hawaii County Office on Aging (HCOA) presented on HCOA's emergency preparedness efforts targeted at older adults and individuals with disabilities. Kevin Dusenbury from the Maui County Office on Aging (MCOA) provided an overview of the innovative efforts MCOA has undertaken with using data and mapping technology to identify and address service needs in their community. The presentation can be found here
